Popcorn Tins and Trashcans
.
updated 09/24/13

Sounds strange, but many popcorn tins get used eventually as a trash can!  The larger cans that are intended for trash cans look good anywhere, and are great for collecting other cans. Look for more items to show up here in the future.

Late 1960s Trash Can

This is a great old trash can from the late 1960s. Nebraska changed from numbers on the side of their helmets to "NU" in 1967 and wore them until the 1970 season when the single "N" was worn, though a few helmets still had "NU" stickers on them even into the 1971 season.
